In addition to the current European Directive PED Module D quality certification GORTER CONTROLS is in the process of implementing a certified Quality Management System designed to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements, and to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continuous improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements.GORTER CONTROLS uses a QMS “process approach” which is the application and management of a system of processes within an organization which are linked together with the identification and interactions of these processes and their management. ISO 9001:2008 promotes the adoption of a process approach when developing, implementing and improving the QMS. This facilitates efficiencies that enhance customer satisfaction. An advantage of the process approach is continuous control and oversight of the individual processes within the system, as well as their combination and interaction.
