The operational environment includes all relevant equipment for manufacturing, manipulation and the assembly of all product lines as well as all necessary equipment for static and dynamic prototype testing at the required pressure-ranges and over a wide range of temperatures.

All routine checks and tests that are made during production and prior to delivery are done according to the GORTER CONTROLS standard test and inspection plan. Some examples of inspection activities according to criteria for components are:

Quality is assured through the GORTER CONTROLS quality manual, designed according to NEN-EN-ISO-9001 standards of 1994.
All incoming goods are subject to sample checks according to the GORTER CONTROLS standard test and inspection plan.
