C210 Series
General
The type C210S Pneumatic Control Valve consists of a single seated globe valve and a pneumatic actuator, specifically designed for natural gas applications. The C210 provides smooth quiet operation, tight shut-off and long life. The specially designed valve seat is protected from possible erosion caused by flow contaminants. The C210S can be supplied with every brand of actuator or positioner available on the market.
Operation
The process medium flows through the valve in the direction indicated by the arrow. The position of the plug (32) is adjusted by changing the signal pressure acting on the diaphragm of the actuator (67). The valve stem (2) together with the plugs is connected to the actuator stem (67.1) via the stem connector (67.2) and is sealed with O-ring sealings (13)
